Send your files

Upload your Gerbers, bill of materials and placement file. We check the set is complete the moment you send it.

We check it

An engineer checks your design and tells you what they found before you pay. Then you get a quote, line by line.

We buy the parts

Full turnkey. Every part bought new from UK authorised distributors, and checked in when it arrives.

We build it

Solder paste through a stencil, every part placed, then reflowed. Each board gets its own serial number.

05

We test & post it

Every board inspected under a microscope and signed off by an engineer who didn't build it. Then it's posted to you, with a build report.

What to send us

Four files, two extras. Every design tool exports them.

Gerber files

How the bare board is made: copper, solder mask, silkscreen, outline, and the paste layers for the stencil.

Drill file

Where every hole goes and how big it is. Usually exported with the Gerbers.

Bill of materials

Every part: reference, quantity and a part number on every line. LCSC numbers are fine.

Placement file

Where each part sits and which way it turns. Also called a centroid or pick-and-place file.

Schematic

What the circuit is meant to do, so the engineer can check polarity and parts against it.

Assembly drawing or photos

A drawing, or photos of a board you've built before. Handy for the tricky bits.
